Directions for Use:

1. Take 2 spoons of paste and mix it with some Puttur Doctor Pain Relief Oil to achieve a paste like consistency.
2. Apply it on the knees or any other joints to cover the area fully before going to sleep.
3. Loosely tie the flannel cloth provided on the knees and leave it like this for entire night.(cloth can be used repeatedly after washing).
4. In the morning wash it off with luke warm water and massage gently with Puttur Doctor Pain Relief Oil.
